[In person] Sunday Meditation

Please join us in Wellington to meet with the representatives of the School of Sufi Teaching, New Zealand. They can answer any questions you may have about the meditation and practices. We will also sit in silent meditation as a group, so that you may have a first hand experience of the meditation on the heart.

Beginners are welcome.

Schedule:
3:00-3:15pm Introduction for beginners
3:15-3.45pm Silent Meditation (Muraqabah)
3:45-4:00pm Readings / Poetry Q&A

We will meet at Wellington Meditation Centre in Thorndon. The venue is accessible to residents of Wellington, Petone, Porirua, Lower Hutt and Upper Hutt.
