Silent Book Club: Bring your book to… Repulse Bay

Reading with friends is fun!

Let’s read together at the beach, and enjoy the pleasant morning weather.

This will be a silent reading session in a public space, bring your own book, food, drinks and something to sit on as the sand might be wet.

Schedule

9:30 -9:40: Say hi and briefly share something about the books we are going to read

9:40 - 10:20: Silent reading time

10:20 - 10:40: After reading chat

• As the weather is unpredictable these days if it starts raining we’ll move from the beach to one of the cafes nearby.

• If you're late, please quietly join the silent reading session first.
We can catch up when the session's over. :D)

• You can identify the group by spotting people with a book 📕

If there's a last-minute change of venue due to unforeseen circumstances, the most updated information will be posted in the event's comment section.

I’m introducing a new RSVP rule for our bookclub due to recent last minute cancellations:

If you change your RSVP to "No" less than 24 hours before the event or do not show up on the day, you won’t be allowed to join the next one.

Of course if you have a valid reason, DM me.
