Silent Book Club: Bring your book to… Tamar Park

Lets’s enjoy the cool weather and read al fresco!

For our first book club of the year we’ll get together at the park to read our books. This will be a silent reading session so feel free to bring whatever books you’re reading.

You’ll find us under the trees after passing the L shaped building in Tamar Park - the exact location link will be shared on the day (you can also look for a yellow checkered picnic blanket). Bring something to sit on, snacks and your book.

Schedule

10:00-10:15: Say hi and briefly share something about the books we are going to read

10:15-11:15: Silent reading time

11:15-11:30: After reading chat

• If you're late, please quietly join the silent reading session first.
We can catch up when the session's over. :D)

• You can identify the group by spotting people with a book 📕

If there's a last-minute change of venue due to unforeseen circumstances, the most updated information will be posted in the event's comment section.

We’re introducing a new RSVP rule for our bookclub due to recent last minute cancellations:

If you change your RSVP to "No" less than 24 hours before the event or do not show up on the day, you won’t be allowed to join the next one.
