Virtual Power

We, as a community, have the opportunity to create a new kind of energy system where we don’t just passively receive utility bills. A Virtual Power Plant means that we can produce energy useful to ourselves and valued by the utility. Not only by solar but also by the same conservation/efficiency/electrification efforts that will help our buildings curb CO2 emissions to comply with NYC Local Law 97 (“the Climate Mobilization Act”).
