Measuring the Value of Agile & Coaching

Details

These days I hear folks saying things like "Agile is Dead" or "We already went Agile." However, most organizations are only tapping the surface of the value that Agile can provide in terms of employee fulfillment and profitability.

Part of the problem is defining what "Agile" means and linking it to the value it can provide. Without these, it is hard to see whether that value has been realized or not. In this session we'll take a look at measuring the increased employee fulfillment and profitability that can come from Agile adoption as well as how Agilists in any role contribute to realizing that value.

There will be a survey of assessment methods including the "Agile Journey Map" which is a way to co-create the path to Agile. We’ll also look at how to show the connections between Agile adoption and increases in employee fulfillment and profitability. This will be very hands-on using Mural.
