Multifamily Market with lenders Godfather Paul Peebles and Fritz Waldvogel

Details

With an imminent Fed rate cut on the horizon, is it the time to pick up properties before prices start going up higher? What will the fed rate cut do to the Fannie/Freddie interest rates and how will it affect the multifamily market?

We are excited to bring you two experts in the field of commercial lending to give us a run down. Please join us and meet the legendary Paul Peebles of Old Capital Lending and Fritz Waldvogel of Fannie Mae DUS lender Colliers Mortgage. They will be here in San Jose to present at our meetup. I highly encourage you to come meet with them in person and make them your best friends!

Paul Peebles is the National Underwriter for Old Capital lending closing over $1 billion in real estate transactions. He's commonly known as the "Godfather" of Texas multifamily for his wide network and ability to bring people and deals together. Paul hosts the well known Old Capital Podcast and holds a national multifamily event in Dallas each year attracting over 600 attendees across the country. Paul is the "dealmaker".

Fritz Waldvogel is the Senior Vice President of Colliers Mortgage, a Fannie Mae DUS® lender. Fritz and his team specializes in financing conventional and affordable multifamily housing, senior housing, student housing and healthcare facilities nationwide. Fritz and his team offer a variety of loan products for the acquisition, refinance, construction or rehabilitation of various property types. Fritz is the "money man" that you want to meet!

We'll send out a zoom link for those outside of the Bay Area. Please register first and we'll send out the zoom invite separately.
