Firebase: Lessons Learned and Practical Use with ReactJS/React Native

Come join us as we discuss pros, cons, tips and tricks with using Firebase in connection with ReactJS and React Native. As usual, food and drinks will be provided.

In order to support domain-specific use cases, we (ZeeMee) recently brought our chat UI and backend in house, away from a turn-key chat provider. By using Firebase as the backing data store, we're able to "not worry about" client to server communications and syncing. Also, Firebase's Javascript client is pure javascript, and so it works well from React on web and React Native on mobile.
