The classes begin with reducing afflictions in our daily life, gradually enhancing the quality of our life and eventually realizing the nature of our mind and be free from all sufferings.

• Preliminary Studies (Ngöndro)

• Shamatha (Calm Abiding) Meditation.

• Vipassana Meditation, focus on emptiness/non-duality.

• Great Perfection (Dzogchen) Meditation, the highest level of meditation.
