Free Will, Determinism, and Responsibility

In a world governed by physical laws, can we still have free will? In such a world, are we ever ultimately responsible for our actions? If not, does anyone truly deserve the fruits of their labor and the consequences of their moral failings?
Come discuss these and other questions at the next meeting of Silicon Valley Socratic Society. Everyone of any background or level of experience is welcome to join and share their thoughts.
