How to start solo (15 min) + Startup Basics for Coders (15 min)

Details
In this Wednesday's meetup, I’ll present a double feature on Google Meet at 7 PM PST/10 PM EST that starts with a great standard intro -- Startup Basics for Coders -- followed by Special Presentation A -- How to Start Solo.
Startup Basics for Coders presents the 15 phases of going from (Phase A) being a coder with a regular day job to (Phase 0) you run your startup full time and is even helpful and interesting to coders looking for their first coding job who have no interest in starting their own startup (yet). If you have no idea what you are doing, this is a great roadmap. And it's presented at every meetup!
A: How to Start Solo is Special Presentation A which shows you:
- how to trade your employee mentality for a founder mindset
- 3 mindset shifts that you've got to make to think like a founder
- how to be motivated and not give up
- 4 mental tricks to use to keep working, day-by-day
- 4 motivation tips to keep you from giving up, year-by-year
Special Presentations are the special content that is shown this week and is different from week to week. There are four special presentations: A, B, C and D.
This is all-new, super-practical information for startup beginners from a 25-year veteran of Silicon Valley as both a software engineer and startup expert.
I plan this Meetup to be 30 minutes but scheduled it for 45 in case that I go over.
There is a limit of 10 attendees.
RSVP will open on Monday at 7 AM and close Wednesday 7 PM (right before the meetup).
