About the Speaker:

Andrew Godfrey is a manager with CliftonLarsonAllen LLP and has more than nine years of experience in providing financial valuation and transaction services including valuations ofbusiness enterprises, capital stock, complex securities, and intangible assets consisting of trademarks,patents, customer relationships, and other intellectual property. He has experience working withcompanies of all sizes, from large publicly-traded corporations to small privately-held companies. His clients operate in a wide variety of industries including technology, manufacturing, distribution, logistics,healthcare, and many others.
