The Pragmatic Programmer: Chapters 1 & 2

We'll be discussing the first two chapters (pp. 1-72) of The Pragmatic Programmer: Twentieth Anniversary Edition. We may not get the chance to discuss all of Chapter 2 this time, but please read it though just in case.
