There will be an opportunity to plant some trees on Saturday April 29, 2023. As a follow up event to the City of Cupertino's Earth Day/Arbor Day Event, we will continue to celebrate by planting some trees in our community.

Meetup place is at the corner of Orange Ave and San Fernando Ave. City staff will supply the tools, gloves, trees and identified spots on city streets to plant. All you need to do is show up and spend a great time outdoors with other tree lovers. This is a kid friendly event. City staff will provide guidance and assistance on planting the trees.
Arrival time is 9AM. We plan on planting until 12PM or until all supplied trees have all been planted. City Staff will stage the trees ahead of the event that morning. This City block has a recently installed detached sidewalk/curb and gutter, so there is a big need to plant in the newly created parkway.
