A 2-hour tour - compressed into 90 seconds - of a unique mixed-use development that includes schools, housing, retail, learning workspaces and continuing education on 3-acres of what was formerly parking lots. Watch this 90 second video:
The best part of the story, which isn't mentioned in the video, is that the tour was led by a single mother who is one of the property managers, lives on the property and has two children who attend the schools. Her living conditions are much improved over her former abode and her family doesn't need to spend money on a car, thanks to the proximity of services and the included shuttle service.
