THERE IS A PRE-PAYMENT OF $30 REQUIRED. IF YOUR MEAL INCLUDING A 20% TIP IS OVER THIS AMOUNT, YOU MUST PAY THE DIFFERENCE DIRECTLY TO ME (CLAIRE ARCHER). THE $30 AMOUNT WILL GO TOWARDS YOUR INDIVIDUAL MENU ORDERS. ANY OVERAGE ON YOUR TOTAL BILL BY MORE THAN $5 WILL BE REFUNDED TO YOU (less the collection fee by the payment service). I am trying to be as fair as possible given the risk to my bank account.
