This is a group dedicated to those over 55 who are looking for a yoga practice that is gentle and doable even if you have any physical limitations. Yet it will also give you a little challenge and help you circulate energy in the body . It will also introduce you to a very effective breath practice that will help center yourself and recharge your energy. You will also experience a form of meditation dedicated to sensing energy. It is bound to leave you energized yet relaxed.
