Join the Bastards of the Basement in a grungy grotto – in the crack-centre of Kreuzberg – for an early Halloween special and some surprises you’re unlikely to forget.

Spawned and shaped in the basements of Berlin, Bastards of the Basement is composed of:

• Henry, with his rich, powerful bass voice
• Geoff, a tenuous tenor with a talent for turmoil
• Roy – prolific composer and piano magician.

Roy will also be celebrating his birthday today, and you are invited – friends, felines, and strangers alike. I don’t know how old he is, but he looks older than my mom.

@Teslator (aka Roy) will also perform an electronic set, and we will be joined by the extravagant Shakespearean improvisors Poppe and Rõisín @roisinbrehony and @poppe_z_poppe.
Also present to provide the sweet sweet music will be Hezron Chetty @hezronchetty, virtuoso composer & violinist.

The show starts at 8 PM, but this is an informal event – if you can’t make it by 8, just show up when you can. There’ll be a party afterwards at 10 PM.

This is a funky private space, so feel free to bring your own drinks or buy from the cheap alcohol wholesalers next door (open until 8 PM). There may also be drinks at the bar, along with free carcinogenic snacks for your delight.
