We're inviting you to a full-day event focused on a question many organisations struggle with: Why do so many transformations stall - even when the intent is good and sound?
This event will explore how to succeed with transformation in environments shaped by uncertainty, interdependencies, and ongoing change. Rather than treating transformation as a one-off initiative, we’ll look at it through a complexity lens - as something that unfolds over time, affects people differently, and rarely follows a linear path.
Throughout the day, we will explore topics such as:
