This is a simplified Ashtanga Yoga session —adapted to be accessible, yet still offering a challenge. Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced yogi, this structured sequence will help you feel refreshed, aligned, and recharged. We focus on yoga as a methodical tool for physical and mental well-being, not as a spiritual practice.

💆‍♀️ What to Expect:

✔️ 60-75 minute guided yoga session with a teacher
✔️ Semi-private room (only 9 persons can fit in the room, we keep this cozy)
✔️ Thoughtful modifications for all levels from the teacher
✔️ Emphasis on breath, alignment, and mindful movement
✔️ Connection time: Tea and light snacks after the practice —stay to chat or head out feeling renewed

📍 Semi-private space with 9 students max

The studio can accommodate a maximum 9 students, allowing everyone to receive individual attention from the teacher, relax in familiar surroundings and be part of a small community.
We also provide yoga mat, meditation cushion and tea at the end.

💰 Cost of the experience

We are keeping the experience low cost at 10€/person
(including the yoga session & tea)

About the teacher

The practice is led by Piotr, who was introduced to Ashtanga Yoga over 10 years ago in Berlin and has been practicing ever since to restore his physical functions after a severe sports injury. Some years ago, he decided to start sharing his experiences and knowledge and introduce Yoga to peoples lives. Aside from Yoga he is passionate for climbing and can be seen almost daily in one of the climbing gyms around Lisbon.
