Welcome to the Demas Fitness-simple effective exercise group! This group is designed for individuals who are passionate about female fitness, physical fitness, strength training, men's fitness, and all things related to getting in shape. We offer a one on one and small group sessions focused on exercise to lose weight, health, weight loss, detox, nutrition, and core strength training. Join us to meet like-minded individuals, support each other on our fitness journeys, and achieve our health goals together. Let's sweat, grow stronger, and thrive together!
