Blood on the clocktower : Sick paranoia

Let's gather once again for a BotC night!
I'll be running a handmade script called "Sick paranoia". It features (among others) a Poppy Grower, a Lunatic and a Marionnette. Without spoiling too much, I let you imagine how the synergy between these characters can affect the game experience. Before you realize it, you will find yourself like in a horror movie!
