Walking Meditation & Meditative Qi Gong in Nature

Join us for a gentle, meditative practice combining walking meditation and Qi Gong in the peaceful setting of Fairy Lake Park.
Instead of sitting meditation, we cultivate mindfulness through slow, intentional movement, breath, and awareness. Please know that Qi Gong includes periods of meditative stillness and naturally integrates meditation into movement, making this practice accessible and grounding for all.
We meet every Saturday from 9:30–10:30 am, year-round—rain, snow, or sun (unless conditions are extreme).
No equipment needed.
Just dress for the weather and wear comfortable walking shoes.

Meeting Point:
Park in the 2nd or 3rd lot, walk along the paved path to the trail, and look for the willow tree with four trunks.
