Free Qi Gong in the Park – Mindful Movement for Health & Well-Being
Details
Join us for a gentle, meditative Qi Gong practice in the peaceful setting of Fairy Lake Park.
Our sessions explore flowing movements, standing postures, and Five Element practices that cultivate mindfulness through slow, intentional movement synchronized with the breath. As awareness deepens, movement naturally becomes meditation.
Qi Gong is an ancient practice that supports overall health and vitality by improving breathing efficiency, enhancing joint mobility and flexibility, stimulating healthy organ function, calming the nervous system, and promoting balance throughout the body and mind.
The practice also includes periods of quiet stillness, making it accessible, grounding, and restorative for people of all ages and levels of experience.
When:
Every Monday, 6:30–7:30 pm

What to Bring:
