Do you need some guidance on how to do exercises correctly?... Do you ache after your exercise sessions...? Are you uncertain where to place your body in space during exercises...? Are you not aware of what to watch out for...?

I am a Personal Trainer/Pilates Instructor, with a passion in fitness and helping others. I have realised that life can be simple and needs to be simplified sometimes, especially in our day and age. Where our minds are so used to complicating things, where it really does not have to be that way

With the inspiration of that, together with my inspiration from my clients, with their gratitude of what I have taught them, and seeing so many people around doing exercises incorrectly, unaware of the damage they are causing themselves. I have created a live class to teach you how to do exercises correctly, to know what to watch out for when performing exercises and to give you tips to make the best of your workouts and your daily activities

I am offering affordable assistance from the comfort of your own home, office or wherever you feel comfortable. With a Personal Trainer right by your side to assist you. Keeping the live classes small to allow for adequate attention to all participants, allowing me to correct you or educate extra, if needed

For this class you will need :

~ A Mat
~ A Sofa or a chair
~ 2 x Small Water Bottles / Tins / Dumbells
Possible Dumbell Weight options are : 2 x 1kg / 2kg / 3kg / 5kg
(Depending on your strength and how much you would like to workout in this class, you can bring heavier dumbell weights)

I will have many classes, so you could always refresh your mind, if needed, or use the classes as an exercise session. I will also build on more classes to assist with added assistance as we go on our journey

In this live class we will be doing the most common exercises, which is a base point to all exercises and it will guide you into doing other exercises correctly. Being aware of what to watch out for, to help get your body back into balance, waking up all your muscles, leading you into full natural movements and activities with the body's support and the education set in your mind on how to ensure your body keeps working optimally

With your class you will get a Tip Reminder Sheet sent to you, to keep with you, to have at hand when you need to be reminded

I also offer 1-on-1 sessions and in person classes and sessions, if you live in London
