FYI... CKC Spring Fling and Yard Sale - Register at the CKC site

FYI....Carolina Kayak Club (CKC) has invited Simply Kayaking members to their 2026 Spring Picnic and Yard Sale. You do not have to be a CKC member to attend. It's a great chance to buy or sell kayaking, camping, hiking and other outdoor equipment while having a few hot dogs with fixings and meeting fellow kayakers.

PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO REGISTER at this meetup site. CKC members and non-members alike should register at:

THIS IS NOT AN ON-WATER EVENT. (although there is a boat launch at Lake Wheeler should you want to try a kayak for sale or kayak on your own before/after the event)
Note: Any transactions and try-and-buys are directly between seller & buyer. Cash is king.

Please bring a dish to share! It's definitely appreciated by all. CKC will be supplying the hot dogs, some fixings and water.
