Practice kirtan and other easy and effective mantra meditation techniques.

What to expect
We start with a guided breathing technique to settle in. Then we’ll introduce japa meditation. We have mala beads for you, or you can bring your own if you have them. These practices are both very effective and can easily be added to your life. Then our kirtan leaders will play music and lead us in the call and response singing of ancient mantras that have been passed down for centuries through an authentic yoga lineage.

Experience these time-tested practices in a welcoming community setting. Come as you are. All ages, all voices, no experience needed.

The space
We have chairs and cushions available. The room is accessible by elevator or stairs. Free street parking is available.
