What to expect
We start with a simple guided breathing meditation to help you settle in.
This month, Mathura-dham das will give a short talk: "Embracing the Truth That You Are Spiritual in Essence.” Mathura has been practicing yoga meditation for over 30 years and offers insights that are grounded in real experience, not theory. This isn't a lecture—it's a chance to hear from someone who's lived these practices and can help you see the world in a whole new light.
After that, our kirtan leaders will play music and lead us in the call-and-response singing of ancient mantras that have been passed down for centuries through an authentic yoga lineage. You don’t need to have any particular beliefs to benefit from this easy and effective form of meditation.

Come as you are. All ages, all voices, all levels of experience welcome. We warmly invite you to experience these timeless teachings and practices in a comfortable community setting.

We have chairs and cushions available. The room is accessible by elevator or stairs. Free street parking is available.
