The uplifting practice of kirtan can help you experience deep and lasting inner peace.

What to expect
We start with a simple guided breathing meditation to help you settle in.
Mathura-dham das will give a short talk about this practice and also introduce you to japa meditation. After that, our kirtan leaders will play music and lead the call-and-response singing of ancient mantras that have been passed down for centuries through an authentic yoga lineage. You don’t need to have any particular background or beliefs to benefit from this easy and effective form of meditation.

Come as you are. All ages, all voices, all levels of experience welcome. We warmly invite you to experience these timeless teachings and practices in a comfortable community setting.

The space
We have chairs and cushions available. The room is accessible by elevator or stairs. Free street parking is available.
