There is NOTHING like riding your bike thru Long Island :) Many of us do a LOT for our businesses, but not so much for our health, our minds and our bodies. While I love networking my business, I am also a an athlete by heart and I still love being as active as possible. I was always told if you "don't use it - you will lose it" The ability to function at a level to go for a 5 mile walk, or a 10 mile bike ride, or even just waking to the local Main Street or shopping center. There is nothing like enjoying the beautiful scenery that Long Island has to offer than with a bike ride thru the Massapequa Preserve, Bethpage State Park & Jones Beach just to name a few. Starting this summer we will be organizing simple bike rides mostly on the south shore with its favorably flat land and travel distances (5 to 10 miles) that should be ok for most :) ** no one will ever be left behind. We will ride bikes, enjoy the beauty of long island, network a little, and simply enjoy the time. ** All Simply Referrals Chapters & its members as well as any business professionals are invited for these outings - all which are free to attend.
