When you first create a Meetup Profile you are required to enter your First & Last name, however, then for your 'Profile Name' you can use just your First name only.

RSVP ETIQUETTE
If you are going to attend an event please RSVP 'Yes'. If you are then unable to attend, please change your RSVP to 'No' as soon as you can.

ATTENDING AN EVENT
Read the event details in full for any specifics information ie. where to meet, what to bring etc. We also recommend checking the event details and comments on the day for any changes.

PENDING MEMBERS
Come along to a free event within the first 6 weeks so we can all introduce ourselves and verify your photo profile. Id will be required for security reasons.

MEMBERSHIP FEES
If after your 2nd visit, you are happy to keep coming, it is $10 per person, per calendar year to cover all administration costs (non refundable). If you join after June 30th, it is $5.00.

Each Meetup Group is individually charged a fee to use the Meetup platform for events, so your $10 fee goes directly to cover this.

ACTIVE MEMBERS
Simply Social would like to maintain an active, intimate group, so requirement is to come along to at least 4 events per year. If there has been no attendance, we assume you have decided this group is not for you, and the system will remove you. HOWEVER IF YOU DECIDE TO REJOIN YOU ARE WELCOME TO DO SO.

BASIC CODE OF CONDUCT.
Respect others, non socially unacceptable behavior will not be tolerated.
