Simsbury Area Music Jam (SAMJam)

Music is too important to be left to the professionals. If you are looking for an acoustic guitar only jam (with exception of possible bass guitar to support the bottom) the Simsbury Area Music Jam is for you. Anyone that wants to also sing is welcomed to. SAMJam is based on the successful model of two jams that have been going for over 10 years each. One in Columbus, OH and one in Danbury, CT (DAMJam)

Each jammer has access to a database of over 5000 songs that are well charted allowing everyone to stay in sync. New songs are added regularly as well. Once you are part of jam, the database is available for you to access anytime.

The experience of having everyone playing along together and it sounding great makes SAMJam a very unique jam. No paper waste, no one wondering what the lyrics are, no fumbling over chords - well maybe some of the tricky ones. Join us and try it to believe it and enjoy it!
