Come connect with others, learn songs of community, and experience the joy of singing in a welcoming, relaxed environment.
What if I can't sing? Everyone can sing in this group, even if you 'never sing', 'don't have a good voice', or only sing in the car alone. All songs are taught by call and response, no sheet music or performances! No experience needed - just bring your enthusiasm and anyone else you know!
Why sing together? For joy, connection, community, hope, to reduce stress, and just for fun!

Meet at 813 Claremont Ave: Please DO NOT use the main doors to avoid disturbing other groups, instead come up the steps to the left of the main door, where is says "813", and come into the Friendship Room to the right.

Feel free to come 5-10 minutes early so we all get a chance to get to know each other before we begin.

I host these as a free community building event. If you’d still like to contribute something to cover costs of running the group you can e-transfer to singforjoy135@gmail.com, but there is no requirement to contribute. I prefer E-transfer since donations in person can distract from the event :) Thank you so much for attending! I look forward to singing with you.
