October meetup - PowerVM Security and Power HA/DR

This quarter, we'll have two experts speaking on:

1) PowerVM Security
Dimitrios Pendarakis, IBM Distinguished Engineer and the Chief Security Officer for IBM Power Systems.
In this role, Dimitrios helps to formulate and execute the security strategy and roadmap of IBM Power Systems at the hardware, firmware, systems software, and cloud offerings, in collaboration with the development and offering management organizations, as well as ecosystem partners and other IBM business units. During his more than 20 years with IBM, Dimitrios has been instrumental in driving critical innovations across IBM systems and services.

2) HA/DR Industry Models and Power Systems Capabilities
Jes Kiran Chittigala, Software Architect for HA and DR Technologies on Power Systems.
Jes has 20+ years of IT experience and expertise in HA/DR, Cloud, Store replication technologies. An IBM Master Inventor with 20+ patents and papers. Jes also chair the IEEE group -"Disaster Recovery for Enterprise Blockchain Workloads" and also chair for the Association of Enterprise Architects, OpenGroup, Hyderabad chapter.
