5Rhythms® Devotional Easter Sunday with Jada Jane

Lovely Dancers,

Welcome to this Easter Sunday that we dedicate this day to our prayers, irregardless of any religion in the form of dance movement.
Moving through the map of 5Rhythms as we dance individually, sometimes partnering and as a group.
Taking the 2 hours as a sweat movement, expressing from the inner to the outer, allowing each impulses to create itself into a shape; dance; wave.
What are your prayers?
The invitation today is to dance intentionally in reverence to your prayers taking the flight to connect with the consciousness and in its simplest form, everything is connected to ENERGY and energy moves in waves.
No experience needed for this dance, you are your own creative voyage with the help of music curated by me with the changing rhythms and dropping into layers of your inner exploration.
Everyone is here to dance through their fear, shyness, inhibitions and no one is any different from oneself in having these emotions.
We come to dance, to dance like no one is watching.
