🐺 Pack Season is a members-only collaboration initiative from the Singapore Entrepreneurs Network, a curated working circle of hungry, driven individuals and businesses who run together for one season, and hunt together for the
whole of Q4 2026.

This is not a networking session. There are no name card exchanges, no
speed pitches, no "tell us about your business" rounds.

This is the kickoff meeting of The Business Infrastructure Pack, a closed
group of up to 15 members across IT and network infrastructure, renovation, interior design, electrical services, corporate secretarial and accounting, HR and payroll, co-working operations, and commercial or landed property.

✦ Who this is for
The Pack is open to three kinds of people with the common thread across
all of them is hunger for sales and profits, not headcount.

If you run a business — whether a 1-man shop or a small team and
you've gotten real traction, the model works, and now you want to scale it
faster with people in the same gear, this is for you.

If you're a freelancer or currently employed and you're building
something on the side after hours — opportunistic, eager, looking to
collaborate with other members on real projects and eventually turn that
into something of your own, this is also for you. Pack Candidates are
welcome to apply, subject to approval.

If you're just starting out and don't yet have a registered business
but you're targeting to plug into a 1-man startup or build something from
scratch with the right people around you, apply anyway. If the hunger is
real and the fit is right, there's a place for you here.

Across all of this, one thing does not change: time is of the essence.
Everyone in this Pack understands that Q4 2026 is not a planning exercise; It is an execution window.

And you know how to be human about it. When someone opens a door for you, you remember it and you return the favour when the time comes. The people who deal with you feel respected, not used.

✦ What makes this different from BNI or a standard referral group
No year-long contracts. No weekly quota. No forced referrals.

Pack Season runs October to December 2026 for three months, then it's done. Clean start. Clean end. If it works, we run it again next season.

The unit of participation isn't a referral. It's a project. A joint campaign.
A co-branded service bundle. A shared pitch to a corporate buyer. A combined presence at a trade event. Members propose what they want to build together and the group decides what to run with.

Business members share proportionally in the costs of campaigns they join. Pack Candidates contribute through skills, time, and execution; they keep what they kill. If you deliver, the members you work with will make sure you're taken care of. If you don't, there is no next project.

There are no passengers here and no free rides on someone else's effort
or budget.

✦ Eligibility — Singapore only
Pack Season is for people who are based in Singapore, building for Singapore, and whose work and economic contribution stays in Singapore.

For businesses: you must be ACRA-registered with clients primarily in Singapore. This is not a platform for overseas companies seeking Singapore leads, or businesses whose model is to acquire Singapore clients and deliver work elsewhere.

For individuals (freelancers, employed, or pre-company): you must be
a Singapore resident actively building something here. Foreign nationals
based in Singapore on a valid work pass may apply, subject to approval.

If you do not meet these criteria, this season is not for you.

✦ Commitment expected

  • Attend the kickoff and at least 2 of the 3 monthly working sessions (Kickoff in September, working sessions in October – December 2026)
  • Bring at least one tangible contribution: a client database, an audience, a specific skill, or active participation in at least one joint project per quarter
  • Business members share proportionally in the costs of campaigns they join; Pack Candidates contribute in kind and keep what they earn
  • One business per category — no competing interests within the group
  • All members, regardless of status, are bound by the same code of conduct

✦ Who is already in the Pack as at August 2026

  • A general contractor (incorporated in 2011) with specialization in PVC flooring.
  • An IT and network infrastructure company (incorporated in 2006)

This event is the kickoff for shortlisted applicants only. Attendance is
by application, not open registration.
