Panel Discussion: Systems Approach to Digital Transformation and Innovation

Details

The COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated digital transformation, organisational operations, processes, and of course – upskilling of talent. With disrupted working practices, businesses are compelled to adapt to new ways of working and build resilience to sustain in the market. What’s more, digital strategy formulation that used to take years is now compressed into a matter of months, weeks or even days.
However, automating processes and scaling digital initiatives have one thing in common - they depend on people. With organisations increasingly adopting agile practices to support digital transformation, it’s easy to overlook the relationship systems in all of these changes. How do we put a relationship and systems perspective at the forefront of digital and agile transformation, especially in remote and distributed teams?
In this panel discussion, we will hear from four Agile Practitioners as they
share how the Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC™) perspective can help to uplift the entire network around you - employees, managers, executives, clients and service providers.
ORSC™ is a practitioner’s toolkit aimed at being more skilful in navigating Relationship Systems Intelligence (RSI™). Some of the fundamental systemic insights and behaviours in RSI™ include facilitating the team’s full expression, managing change and building powerful dialogue.
If you’re in the digital, agile or technological transformation/adoption space and are keen to enhance your toolkit for working with remote workforces, this session is for you!

This live virtual session is brought to you by Elf Coaching (CRR Global Partner in APAC) in partnership with IBM. Moderated by CRR Global Faculty Member and Certified Scrum Master Victor Nunez, the panel will also share their experience with digital transformation, the impact of ORSC on their work, as well as how Agile practices can help to build on ORSC – and vice versa
