Monthly Masteries Live is AQMeets’ guided monthly planning and calibration session: a focused workshop where you review what happened, extract the lesson, choose the one mastery theme for the month, and build a plan you can actually execute.

  1. Commitments + optional share (5–10 mins)
  • clear “receipts” for next month
