## AQMeets Weekly Wrap - Live!

Most founders don’t fail from lack of ambition.
They fail from drift: too many tabs open, too many priorities, not enough follow-through… and weeks quietly slip away.
If you’ve ever caught yourself thinking, “I thought I’d be further along by now,” this is for you.
AQMeets Weekly Wrap Live is a structured, friendly working session where you:

  • review the past week without self-deception,
  • choose one lever that actually moves the needle,
  • leave with a clear plan for the next 7 days,
  • and (optionally) share receipts with a community that values proof over hype.

***

### What to expect

This is not a lecture. It’s a guided execution ritual—simple, repeatable, and practical.
By the end, you’ll have:

  • a short, honest recap of what happened (and why),
  • one priority lever for the week ahead,
  • a realistic plan you can actually keep,
  • and a tiny accountability “contract” (to yourself, and optionally the group).

***

### Agenda (60–75 mins)

  1. Arrival + orientation (5 mins)
  2. Wins + receipts (10 mins) – what you shipped, measured, or learned
  3. Reality check (10 mins) – what didn’t happen, and the real constraint
  4. Feedback analysis (15 mins) – what worked, what didn’t, what to change
  5. Pick ONE lever (10 mins) – the highest-impact correction
  6. Plan the week (10–15 mins) – calendar it, simplify it, commit to it
  7. Optional share + accountability (5–10 mins) – quick commitments, no rambling

***

### What to bring (so you get maximum value)

  • Your calendar (last week + next week)
  • Your task list / project board
  • Any simple numbers you track (sales, leads, content posted, workouts, etc.)
  • A notebook or doc for commitments
  • A willingness to keep it simple and honest

No prep required beyond showing up—but bringing your “reality data” makes this powerful.

***

### Who this is for

  • founders, operators, creators, freelancers, and leaders
  • people building something real (even if it’s early)
  • anyone tired of motivation cycles and ready for meaningful execution

Not a fit if you’re looking to pitch, be “inspired,” or debate theory without action.

***

### How to find/join the group

  • RSVP on Meetup (so we can send updates)
  • The joining details/Zoom link will be posted in the event (and/or messaged to attendees).
  • Join 5 minutes early so we can start on time.
  • If it’s your first time, just say “new” in chat and we’ll orient you quickly.

***

### House rules (keeps it high-trust)

  • No pitching. No spam. No dominance games.
  • Confidentiality matters: share lessons, not other people’s private details.
  • We’re kind, but we don’t collude with drift.
  • Proof over vibes. One lever. One week.

If you want a week that actually closes with clarity—and opens with momentum—come wrap it with us.
