About the Event

In a busy city like Singapore, finding meaningful connections can be challenging. We created this event to make meeting new people more comfortable, intentional and worthwhile.

This is not a free-style mingling event where you have to approach strangers on your own. Instead, we provide a structured, facilitated experience with icebreaker games, one-on-one speed dating and a values-based activity to help you get to know people beyond their first impressions.

We keep the group small and gender-balanced so everyone has a fair opportunity to meet others, have genuine conversations and explore potential compatibility.

Our goal isn't to help you meet as many people as possible. It's to help you make the most of the people you meet.

Event Itinerary

2:30 PM – 3:00 PM | Check-in
Arrive, register, collect your name tag and settle in before the event begins.

3:00 PM – 3:10 PM | Welcome & Briefing
Meet the host and learn about the event format, evaluation criteria, rotation process and matching rules.

3:10 PM – 3:30 PM | Icebreaker Games
Participate in guided group activities designed to help everyone warm up, have fun and reveal more of their personalities.

3:30 PM – 4:00 PM | Speed Dating — Session 1
Meet 5 participants through 5 minute conversations. 1 minute intervals are provided for private notes and rotation.

4:00 PM – 4:15 PM | Refreshment Break
Enjoy light snacks and drinks, take a breather and recharge.

4:15 PM – 4:40 PM | Values & Compatibility Game
Explore personal values, lifestyle preferences and relationship expectations through a guided activity.

4:40 PM – 5:10 PM | Speed Dating — Session 2
Meet 5 more participants through structured one-on-one conversations.

5:10 PM – 5:15 PM | Private Final Matching
Choose up to 2 people you'd like to get to know better and briefly record why you selected them.

5:15 PM – 5:20 PM | Participant Feedback
Share your feedback to help us improve future events.

5:20 PM – 5:30 PM | Closing & Next Steps
Learn how mutual matches will be processed and how contact details will be shared.

Please arrive by 2:45 PM at the latest so we can start promptly at 3:00 PM.

How the Matching Process Works

Throughout the event, you'll have opportunities to reflect on compatibility based on:

• Values and personality
• Lifestyle and interests
• Relationship goals and future expectations
• Attraction and overall connection

During the speed-dating sessions, you'll be able to record brief private notes to help you remember each person.

At the end, you'll privately select up to 2 participants you'd genuinely like to connect with, taking into account your overall experience, including the group activities and one-on-one conversations.

A match happens only when both people choose each other. We will share contact details only for mutual matches. One-sided choices will not be revealed, and raw scorecards will be destroyed after matching.

The evaluation criteria are intended to help you reflect, not to rank participants or determine anyone's worth.

How to Register

Please register through our Google Form only. Do not RSVP on Meetup.

2. Provide the required details, including your age, gender and contact information.
3. Follow the payment instructions to pay S$35.
4. Wait for confirmation from the organizer.

Your seat is confirmed only after your registration via Google Form and payment have been verified. A Meetup RSVP does not reserve a seat or guarantee attendance.

We have a strict capacity of 10 men and 10 women. If one group fills up first, a waitlist may be maintained for that group.

Cancellation & Replacement Policy

Please read this policy before making payment.

• Free cancellation: Full refunds are available for cancellations received by 31 Oct 2026.
• After 31 Oct 2026: Free cancellation and refunds are no longer available.
• Replacement: If you can no longer attend, you may arrange for another single person of a similar age range and the same gender to replace you, subject to organizer approval and confirmation before the event.
• Event cancelled by organizer: Participants will receive a full refund.

Please contact the organizer as early as possible if you need to cancel or arrange a replacement.

Privacy & Respect

We want everyone to feel safe and comfortable throughout the event.

• Matching choices and evaluation notes are private.
• Contact details are shared only when a mutual match occurs.
• Raw scorecards are destroyed after matching.
• No photos or videos will be taken without participants' consent.
• All participants are expected to respect one another's boundaries and privacy.
