Hello world! For this month, let's have a fruitful discussion on topics that many Startups and Tech teams focus on - Software Delivery.
Agenda & Speakers:
18:30 - 19:00 Registration and Greetings
19:00 – 19:45: Metrics that Matter – The Value Delivery Metrics Loop
It's a big miss: many teams from startups to those in large enterprises can't easily make decisions about what actions to take to resolve them because they're not measuring the right things at the right time.
When there are so many things you can measure, how do you know what you should measure?
How do you demonstrate measurable impact and that your team is worthy of ongoing investment?
In this talk I'll introduce the 'Value Delivery Metrics Loop' – a tool that can help you and your teams to figure out what to measure, when, and why.

Speaker -
Darryl Snow

20:00 – 20:30: Meaningful Changes: Assessing Team Health
High-performing software teams are groups of high-performing individuals who are set in the right environment for them to be successful. Being able to assess, re-evaluate and reposition the overall well-being and effectiveness of a team can greatly influence the performance and overall outcomes they can deliver. In this talk, we will introduce the Team Health Check Retrospective - a tool that software teams can utilise to track, enhance, and foster a more collaborative work environment and team dynamics.
