As cold, grey winter has taken over Vienna, it is time for warmth and coziness! 🧖‍♀️

𝐁𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 | 𝐒𝐚𝐮𝐧𝐚 | 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞
▶️ SAUNA in 2 small groups of max. 5 people.
▶️ Guided Wim Hof BREATHWORK to release tension and center yourself.
▶️ We will end the session with going into a Deep relaxation & trancestate through SOUNDTRANCE. Lie down and receive. Different instruments.
