Honouring Summer's abundant fertility and pure magic as she blooms & expands in all her glory, you are invited, Saturday August 16th, 6:45pm-10pm, to a potent ENCHANTED ritual of Dance, Sacred Song & Tea.

Interweaving Ecstatic Dance with HeartSong, in a single gathering with a tea ceremony, creates a beautifully powerful arc of embodied transformation through movement and voice.

Expect lots of craic, ceoil agus grá.

The dance guided by Aidan @dansezvous.ireland will help release any tension, emotional blockages, and mental chatter through free, intuitive movement. It bypasses the thinking mind and opens the body.

Following this release, HeartSong invites us to reconnect & nourish our heart and spirit frequency through communal song, chant & prayer, gently guided by Felicity @felicityanandakirtan, inviting devotion, unity & pure joy. HeartSong, a form of freeing our voices, setting our intentions, opening our creative channels and connecting to the infinite realm of eachother's harmonies invites a magical wave of voice and body reconnection ceremony.

The meeting together of dance & uplifting healing songs & chants offers our nervous system a total reset from expressive release to calm centredness.

Aidan's DJ is set after a heart-opening hawthorn tea ceremony, where we will invite our intentions for the evening. Dance and HeartSong can help further clarify & deepen our intentions. Music will be a mixture of ethnotronika, folktronika, afro house, hypnotic and heart opening beats.

No dance, singing or meditation experience is necessary.

Complementary tea & some delicious light snacks will be provided.
This is an OUTDOOR event so please dress in warm layers (for all weather!!) and bring a blanket/yoga mat/cushion for your comfort.
