Join us under the tranquil embrace of the New Moon for an ethereal evening of sound healing and inner exploration. Our New Moon Sound Bath is a unique event designed to align your energy with the renewing power of the lunar cycle, offering a serene escape from the hustle of everyday life.

As the new moon marks a time for new beginnings and self-reflection, this sound bath provides the perfect setting to set intentions, release old patterns, and cultivate a sense of peace and clarity. The event will be guided by Gigi Turner, PsyD, our sound bath practitioner, whose expertise in vibrational healing creates a deeply immersive and supportive experience.

We’ll also share ceremonial-grade cacao from Guatemala, a heart-opening plant medicine that enhances your connection to self and spirit, gently guiding you into deeper presence and intention.

### What to Expect:

• Opening Meditation: Begin with a guided meditation to center your thoughts and open your heart to the healing journey ahead.
• Sound Bath Experience: Immerse yourself in the resonating sounds of crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, flutes, and many other harmonic instruments from around the world. The vibrations will envelop you, facilitating deep relaxation and a meditative state.
• Intention Setting: Harness the energy of the new moon to set personal intentions, fostering growth and positive change in your life.
• Closing Reflections: Conclude the evening with a brief session of communal sharing, where attendees can reflect on their experience and share insights in a supportive and nurturing environment.

### What to Bring:

To help us care for our premium floor cushions, we ask that you please bring one sheet to cover your mat and one blanket to stay warm during the sound bath. You’re also welcome to bring a pillow for extra comfort. This helps us maintain a clean, cozy space for everyone. No yoga mat needed! Come dressed comfortably, bring water, and eat beforehand.

For the best experience and to ensure a harmonious start for all participants, we kindly request your timely arrival. Your punctuality is greatly appreciated. Doors open 7 minutes before event start time.

### Medical Notice - Please Read:

If you have any serious medical condition (i.e. metal in the body/brain injury, tinnitus, epilepsy, metal in the body, etc...) make sure you get written permission from your doctor allowing your attendance of a live sound bath.
