ABOUT THIS EVENT
**Please Read the Entire Description Before You RSVP**
Join us for our Annual Memorial Day Picnic and Potluck event at Yorba Regional Park in East Anaheim. Meet with existing friends, bring your friends, family, and make new friends at this fun event. You can also bring your doggie (leash required). We will eat together, play games, rent bikes, rent a good paddle boat, walk, and have a fun day! Please bring your own chair and sign up for what food item you'll be bringing from the list below when you RSVP.

FOOD SIGN-UP: Your host Albert will provide plates, napkins, utensils, burgers, hot dogs and a BBQ grill. Please let us know what you'll be bringing when you RSVP for this event by answering the RSVP question. We need the following:
1. Side dishes (rice, chicken wings, green beans, broccoli, pasta, etc. )
2. Salad (green, pasta salad, potato, macaroni, etc.)
3. Beverages (soda, juice, water) *No alcohol allowed*
4. Dessert (pie, cake, pastries, empanadas, cookies, fruit, etc.)

This Event is scheduled with multiple Meetup Groups and Facebook, so the number of people who have RSVP'd will be more than shown on this group.

WHAT TO BRING:
1. Comfortable Folding Chair
2. A Hat
3. A Blanket
4. Games (volley ball, bocce ball/ lawn bowling, pickle ball, frisbee, or other games)
5. Sun Screen
6. Sun Glasses

VENUE LOCATION & PARKING INFO
Yorba Regional Park
7600 E. La Palma, Anaheim, CA 92807
(on La Palma Ave. between Imperial Hwy and Yorba Linda Blvd, on the North side of the 91 Freeway) Parking: OC Park Annual Pass holders park for free, Non-Pass holders Holiday Parking is $7.00. We suggest that you arrive early to find parking.

HOW TO FIND THE GROUP: Look for the for the orange cones, or text the host at 657-296-1119. We will update you on the day of the event regarding what section and parking lot we are at.

About Yorba Regional Park: Yorba Regional Park is over one mile long and 140 acres, situated in the mouth of Santa Ana Canyon in the city of Anaheim. The linear environment of the park site recaptures the river setting of the adjacent Santa Ana River.
Park Amenities: Picnic tables, four lakes, fishing, hiking, bike rentals, bike and walking trails, children’s playgrounds, restrooms, volleyball courts, horseshoe pits, two baseball diamonds, barbecue grills, , paddle boat rentals. Dogs are permitted on leash.

ATTENDANCE GUIDELINES
Anyone who signs up (RSVP) for this event, you agree to accept and abide to the Attendance Guideleines below:

• RSVP's: Everyone who attends must RSVP and be on the “Going” list. If you change your mind about attending this event, please update your RSVP to “Not Going” or notify the Host via text or Meetup messaging. Please have your Meetup notifications for this group and event turned on. Everyone who RSVP's must bring a side dish or beverage; or contribute $15 towards the purchase of food.
• Behavior: Everyone is expected to be respectful, considerate, courteous, gracious and maintain sober behavior. Everyone is required to abstain from gossip, discussing any hot topics that would create discord or arguments. This includes arguing or talking negative about politics, wars, race, religion, other Meetup groups, people, or any kind of negativity. Sexual harassment will not be tolerated. This includes unsolicited physical contact (touching) without the other person’s consent, making suggestive verbal comments, leering, telling sexual jokes, using explicit language, and stalking.
• Sickness/Illness: We request that if you’re not feeling well, have symptoms of any contagious disease (Covid, flu, cold, virus, cough, etc.) we respectfully ask that you not attend this event to prevent the possible spread of infection.
