3 Mile walk beside the river with pub social half way

This is a lovely social where it's easy to mix. It's a 3 mile walk but broken up halfway with an hour's social at The Ferry Pub which has seating outside overlooking the river.
You're welcome to bring your dog if it's well-behaved and sociable

We'll meet at the free Spade Oak Car Park at 10.45am. This is not right beside the pub but the one further down the lane past the pub on your right hand side just before the railway crossing.

We'll wait 15 mins until 11am and then set off going over the railway crossing, turn left and follow path to Bourne End Railway Bridge. Over there and then left following the river path to Cookham Bridge where The Ferry Pub is located.
We should arrive at the pub around 12 noon so meet us there if you prefer. If the weather is nice we can sit outside.
After an hour (maybe slightly longer) we can walk back the same way.

it's a lovely, leisurely walk taking in the beautiful views and a nice pub social..
