As the winter takes hold and the festive season gathers pace, life can become busy and sometimes feel a little overwhelming. It’s easy to forget to slow down and look after yourself.

Therefore, I’d love to invite you to a gentle Winter Wellness session created especially for this time of year. Expect soothing movement, restorative breathwork, and grounding meditation designed to calm the nervous system, ease tension, and help you find a little stillness.

This is your hour to pause, breathe, recharge, and reconnect with yourself, from the comfort of your own home.

All levels may join, but beginners are particularly welcome for this session, where I will guide you at a steady, comforting pace.

I won't be charging for this winter wellness session, but if you'd like to donate something, I'd love to show support to the Blue Cross where my little cat Pixie (now a senior) was adopted from. The link will be shown above when you RSVP. I will also add the zoom link nearer the time.

Pixie and I look forward to sharing this gentle winter practice with you. Please bring blankets, cushions to your space and move at your own pace. There are no expectations to move beyond your capabilities.
