This Valentine’s Day, join me for a short heart-opening session of breathwork and metta (loving-kindness) meditation. Often we can be too hard on ourselves, so this is an opportunity to reconnect with the heart — cultivate compassion, self-love, and a sense of deep inner peace. We will also send this loving kindness out to our loved ones and anyone who needs it... 💗
