Join us for dinner @ Mexi's (Dow's Lake location), followed by a walk to see the tulips!
Please let me know in your RSVP if you plan to join us for dinner, the walk, or both! :) And please update your RSVP 48 hours in advance if anything changes, as there is limited seating.
Dinner (5:30 - 7:30 pm)
We'll meet for dinner & drinks at Mexi's (Dow's Lake). It's a lovely spot for meeting new friends and enjoying the beautiful spring weather and Tulip Festival. I made reservations starting at 5:30 pm so we can enjoy a drink first & order dinner around 6 pm.
Ask for the "Single Gals" table (under Karen Allen) when you arrive.
Parking
There is a paid parking lot at 855 Carling Avenue (corner of Carling & Champagne Ave), and another on Beech Street (off of Preston).
Sunset tulip walk
We'll head out at 7:30 pm to walk through the grounds and see the tulips. We can walk to Lansdowne and back, which is roughly a 60-minute walk (30 minutes each way).
That will allow us to catch the sunset over Dow's Lake on the way back, and see the start of the "tulips at night" display (they light the flower beds at night...it's the only blacklight tulip experience in the world!)!
