This one is different.

No small talk, no performances. Just a small group of men in a living room with coffee, tea, and the rare permission to be honest about what's actually going on.

I started this group because I believe men need real community — not just guys to grab a drink with, but people who actually know what you're carrying. This is an intentional step in that direction.

Here's how it works: everyone who attends commits to sharing something real — something you're working through, struggling with, or just need to say out loud. You can come to vent, to get perspective, or simply to be heard. The group will listen first, and offer thoughts only if you want them.

By attending, you're agreeing to three things:

• Share something genuine and personal
• Keep everything said in this room confidential
• Show up with openness, honesty, and encouragement for whoever is speaking

I'll hold the space lightly — I'll share too, and I'll make sure everyone gets a turn and feels safe doing it.
Spots are intentionally limited. This only works if the room feels small and safe.
If you've ever left a conversation wishing you'd said something real — this is that conversation.
