What's this event about?
We're taking you on a journey through coffee from its discovery to the cup. You'll learn, taste, and chat with fellow coffee lovers.

What you'll do:
- Learn the 1,000+ year history of coffee
- Discover how to choose beans by altitude, roast, and processing
- How different cultures brew it ( Turkey, Japan, France, Nigeria, and more )
- Taste 7 different coffee varieties from Ethiopia, Brazil, Colombia, Guatemala, Costa Rica, and El Salvador
- learn espresso based drinks ( Latte, Mocha, Cappuccino )

Flavors you'll explore:

Schedule (about 90 minutes):
- Welcome & intros – 10 min
- History of coffee – 20 min
- How to choose your coffee – 15 min

- Espresso & milk drinks – 5 min
- Tasting session – 10 min
- Open discussion – 30 min

📍 Location: This event will take place at Istiklal Mall Terrace Floor. We are not affiliated with this venue; we are simply renting the space for our community event. Please bring your own water as we do not provide beverages.

Our philosophy is built on five simple ingredients: coffee, sugar, cacao, beer, and tobacco. That's it. No complicated formulas, no fancy gimmicks. Just pure, honest flavors that have traveled across centuries and continents to shape civilizations, economies, and cultures.

At every gathering, we do three things together:

1. Learn the history — We dive deep into the origins, traditions, and cultural journeys of these ingredients. Where did they come from? Who discovered them? How did they fuel explorations, revolutions, and social rituals?
2. Discover how different cultures consume them —After learning the history, we explore how each country adopted these ingredients and made them their own.
3. Taste different flavors — While we learn, we taste. We explore different varieties, roast levels, brewing methods, and pairings side by side. We compare, we discuss, and we discover what makes each ingredient unique and how they interact with each other.

But most importantly, we talk. We share our thoughts, ask questions, and listen to each other. Because we believe that the best way to understand coffee and chocolate is not alone, but together with a community of passionate, curious people.
Whether you're a barista, a home brewer, a chocolate lover, or just someone who enjoys a good cup and good company you are welcome here.
Our goal is simple: to learn, taste, and grow together as a community.
